“This tour was so much fun and extremely informative, in large part to our amazing guide, Gjenc. He reached out the day before to confirm the pick-up time. He then arrived as planned, and the driving time throughout the day passed quickly as Gjenc answered questions and provided other information about Albania. The only caveat I have for this tour is that, if you are a hiker, do not expect an actual hike at all. The "hike" was only a quarter of a mile out with 150 ft of elevation gain. “This tour is quite disappointing to say the least. The tour guide was not engaging at all. He didn't even introduce himself (we don't know his name) and when we arrived at Krujë he barely limited himself to pointing at stuff throughout the way and giving fairly obvious explanations (this is a helmet, this is a book...). Also, Krujë Castle and the Museum themselves don't feel worth it. The museum is quite mediocre, with not a lot of authentic material and very small. The old bazar is a small collection of souvenir shops all selling the same things. Overall, 2 hours total in the car from Tirana (there and back)…”
